As we draw near to the Lord, He draws near to us, then as we spend time in His presence we become changed. He is holy, pure and compassionate. His heart is touched with our needs. To be in His presence is to touch Love.
Lord, help us to be close to You,
to be touched by Your love,
"Love divine, all loves excelling"!
Jesus said that we should
"love God with all our heart, soul, strength and mind, and love our neighbour as ourself"
(Luke 10:27)

Embrace me from above
Lord, I come to meet with You
Expressing all my love
In worship ~ in Your presence
As I look upon Your face
My heart consoled, You make me whole
And I receive more grace

Devotional Thoughts
No matter what we are going through in life, we can be sure that there is a loving Saviour watching over us. He truly cares, so much more than we could even imagine. The Lord longs to show us the magnitude of His love. Just imagine, the King of kings, for Whom there was no room at the inn, for His birth on this earth, opening His heart's door to us. All we need to do is open our heart's door to Him .. and He WILL come in.
Jesus said:
"Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me"
(Revelation 3: 20 (NASB))
